Every morning I start with oatmeal. Always bought German in Silpo. Somehow it was not the one that I usually bought and saw Spelled flakes, 450 gr. packaging, UAH 62 in the same Silpo. I thought hard, almost 3 times. But I decided to buy it for a trial, so to speak. I was interested in the dark shade, which is not the same as in ordinary oatmeal, but also whole grain. And even more interesting than spelled would be better. A package of 450 g was enough for me for 4 days. In reality, the second one is better for me, the satiety also lasts longer. I usually pour boiling water in the morning and go to wash and shave for 5-7 minutes. Perhaps someone who likes to cook is better at cooking. I love half-cheese, as it were, it's healthier, I read somewhere, and it takes longer to digest in the body and there are no insulin spikes... Nowadays, I buy only Belotserkov spelled flakes. I love it with herring. It fits just perfectly. I recommend it to everyone who watches their weight, who does sports and various vegans :) Thanks to the manufacturer for the product. Although it is more expensive than the German one, but as they say in Odessa, "This is two big differences", I will still buy it.

Everything is good and quite informative... I tried spelled, I really liked it. Glad for the White Church, let it bloom for the benefit of the citizens. Why don't you supply to the general trade?
