Education is higher, he graduated from the Odessa Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry.
Public activity — elected a member of the Bilotserkiv City Executive Committee, deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council, president of the League of Entrepreneurs of the Bilotserkiv Region.
Career path:
After graduating from the Terezin secondary school of the Bilotserki district, in 1973 he entered the Odessa Technological Institute of the Refrigeration Industry. He combined his studies with the work of a laboratory assistant at the scientific department. In 1978, he received a diploma with honors and a specialty in mechanical engineering.
He started working at the "Shyn i GTV" higher education institution in Bila Tserkva as a design engineer. From 1979 to 1984, he worked as the secretary of the Komsomol committee of the "Shin and GTV" association, and later as the second and first secretary of the city Komsomol committee.
In 1984, he was appointed to the position of deputy director, and in 1985 - director of the Bilotserk Bakery Combine.
In 1994, he was elected chairman of the board by the general meeting of owners of the Bilotserkivkhliboprodukt collective enterprise. In 1999, 2004 and 2009, the team again entrusted Ivan Petrovych with this responsible position.
The labor activity of Ivan Petrovych did not remain unnoticed by the people of Bylotserki.

A significant personal contribution was made to the implementation of the city program "Care" - especially in relation to the disabled, large families, low-income families.
Much of what is now in Ukraine was first implemented here under the leadership of Ivan Petrovych:
- for the first time in Ukraine, for the second time in the USSR, complete flour milling equipment of the Swiss firm Bühler was installed;
- the flour milling process was automated for the first time in Ukraine;
- for the first time in Ukraine, in cooperation with Ukrainian scientists, a unique technology of processing wheat germ into dietary supplements "Oil", "Glucorn", "Meal" was introduced;
- for the first time in Ukraine, a boiler house that produces industrial steam was switched from natural gas to unsuitable waste from the production of cereals - buckwheat husk;
- "Bilotserkivhliboprodukt" is the only enterprise that trains employees of absolutely all specialties for related enterprises of the bread products system of the entire Ukraine.
"Bilotserkivkhliboprodukt" LLC was the first in Kyiv region to start investing in agricultural enterprises of Bilotserkiv region, becoming a co-founder of the agricultural firms "Dim" (Drozdy village) and "Levada" (Khrapachi village) and investing more than 10 million UAH in their development. This made it possible to solve the issue of providing the enterprise with wheat and buckwheat grains.
Thanks to this attitude, the quality of its products constantly meets world standards and even exceeds them. The company's products received the highest quality rating and the International Prize "For Quality", the diploma of the laureate of the All-Ukrainian competition "Higher Proba". The products of Bilotserkivhliboprodukt LLC are known not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia, Kazakhstan, the USA, Germany, Canada, Sakartvelo, Moldova and other countries.
In 1999, Ivan Petrovych Shilov was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of the Agriculture of Ukraine" for his achievements in the development of agricultural production and food production by the Decree of the President of Ukraine.
On August 31, 2004, the President of Ukraine awarded Ivan Petrovych Shilov with the Order of Merit, 3rd degree, for his significant personal contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of Ukraine, significant achievements in professional activity, and many years of conscientious work, and on November 15, 2012, with the Order of " For merit" of the 2nd degree.
Ivan Petrovich Shilov is a laureate of the "Golden Fortune" open rating. He was awarded the "Golden Mercury" international award for his personal contribution to improving the economy of Ukraine.
